Nolitha's
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Nolitha's commitment to your project is the same as our commitment to all of our past and current projects - to provide not only the highest quality installation possible during construction, but to provide you with the support needed during the contractual warranty period during the 3 year maintenance period as well.
As you well know, Nolitha has always entertained the concept of a satisfied customer throughout the projects we have completed to date. We are unusual in that we provide the customer with a 24-hour answering service for your support in the unlikely event of an untimely emergency. Technical service and help is basically just a telephone call away.
We have provided a full range of spare parts on your site. These are locked in the service cabinets. Please ensure that only authorized personnel has access to these items, as in case of an emergency, the availability of the correct component is essential.
Training for the customer is carried out by the Operations Department to whatever depth the customer requires, or wishes. The training consists not only of the theory of operation, but actual hands on training with locks, locking devices and control equipment. On request video taping of the training sessions is done, in order to provide the operator copies of training sessions for reference on later dates, if necessary.
